Executive Board Reports:
President: Office hour sign-ups (Mandatory)
Vice President of Programming: October schedule: Event Reminder.
House meeting on the 11th (Monday) @ 9:30pm in SU 203 it will be about
45 minutes. 19th there will be a dating game, 27th movie (will air the
dating game's highlights), 21st is safety street-Thursday night blow-out,
6:00pm to midnight. Organizations must bring 4 bags of candy to participate.
On the 22nd will be the Safety Street Event.
VP of Finance: No Report
Vice President of Public Relations: Pictures will be on website
within a week, all college reps must submit reports for newsletter within
a week, committee meeting in QC at 9pm Wed.
Vice President of Mission and Values: Hunger Week information
available upon request
Secretary: Collected questionnaire's. NJLSC letter was approved
and will be delivered immediately.

Business: Cook-out on Thurs. during break time at the Commerce and Finance
building
Biology:
Architecture: Friday 1pm meeting in Arch. Bldg.
Minority: NAACP meeting: Tues. 12:45pm, MSA meeting: Th.12:45pm

Next week: Need better ways to reach commuters and minorities.
Commuter, Nursing and Resident rep needed as well, but possible candidates
have been found
Committee Reports:
Leadership Conference: Facility reserved (C&F), food donations
(pizza, subs…etc.) Subway has been contacted, Supplies (nametags, folders,
agenda (when available), funding request form, intramural schedule…etc.),
Mass e-mail should be sent as notification, Guest Speaker: Kathleen

Charities: Work in Progress
New Business:
Explained upcoming elections (VP of Finance), Next week elections

Old Business:
Meet next week regarding Safety Street, NJSLC Letter is done, Office
hours began sign-ups, Grounds petition passed out (show progress by
next week), Library issues will be brought up with Fr. Stockhausen…two-week
deadline given by Mike Simon for all old business

SPB has house meeting at 9:30 Monday the 11th in the ballroom
