Executive Board Reports:

President: Conference went well (gained credibility/unity) Office hours - Please go! --- Newsletter - Was supposed to be out 2 weeks ago, unacceptable --- BOT's meeting went well with VP of Finance regarding Student Activity Fee --- Town hall meeting w/ Fr. Stockhausen, Mike will attend
Vice President of Programming: Oct. 21st is safety street-Thursday night blow-out, 6:00pm to midnight. Organizations must bring 4 bags of candy to participate. On the 22nd will be the Safety Street Event. Dating game will be rescheduled.
VP of Finance: Update - need committee --- Organizations not at Leadership Conference will not receive SENSOG funding, they will get a letter and phone call notifying them of this.
Vice President of Public Relations: Newsletter updates due tomorrow at noon --- Committee meeting Wed. 9pm in QC --- Bio's must be turned in soon!
Vice President of Mission and Values: Mission effectiveness committee…staying in touch.
Secretary: Office hours posted on the Senate's office door. Contact info sheet is completed and will be available for all senators at the next meeting.

College Representatives Reports: (Twice/month & 1 report for Newsletter/month)

Education:
Business: Want to take advantage of C&F Bldg,encourage underclassmen
Biology: Ideas Christmas Party, having game on Friday
Engineering: Tech Day Friday 8:30
Liberal Arts:
Architecture: SAG meeting last Friday --- working on exchange prgrm's --- creating a new mission
Minority: Talking to MSA to find ways to communicate with minorities
Next Week: Those who didn't report will go next week

Committee Reports:

Special Guest: Anika Summers (Next week)
Charities: November 13 8:30-1:00 meet at Fountain Lounge
Office Renovation Committee: Repainting, logo inside and out, will get donation

Old Business:

Safety Street- Games/Activitiy ideas: Arts & Crafts, Face painting, Bean bag toss, Pin the tail on the Black Cat
Shared Gov. Meetings: Some coming next week
Grounds Petition: Turn into the office this week

New Business:

Sen. Nowak resigned --- "Get Well Chris" card to be sent --- Want sub. Committee for campus safety (Sen. Green & Sen. VandePutte) --- President council in the works --- Student Act. Fee need committee to help Kelley get needed info

Announcements: "Everyone loved it"-Sen. White said of the leadership conference
