Executive Board Reports:

President: Thanks to the new senators for coming. Senate's image is growing, especially with the Grounds petition. Promote the Leadership Conference (mandatory event for all senators)
Vice President of Programming: Had a big turn-out at the house meeting last night. October schedule: Event Reminder. 19th there will be a dating game, 27th movie (will air the dating game's highlights), 21st is safety street-Thursday night blow-out, 6:00pm to midnight. Organizations must bring 4 bags of candy to participate. On the 22nd will be the Safety Street Event.
VP of Finance: SENSOG meeting last Thursday, 7 organizations asked for over $4,000…awarded $2,800…spent $30,000 (Ruben consert)…SPB balance ~$81,000.
Vice President of Public Relations: Logo-Vote. NEWSLETTER: Didn't get updates for letter turn in by tomorrow (10/13) This should include: who the reps are and what they are doing.
Vice President of Mission and Values: Getting in contact with Judy Mal for awarding organizations that follow the mission. Looking to get together with the Sisters of Mercy on a Tuesday after 6pm in the near future to build credibility.
Secretary: Office hours selected (Posted on the Senate's office door tomorrow). Contact info sheet is completed and will be available for all senators at the next meeting.

College Representatives Reports: (Twice/month & 1 report for Newsletter/month)

Leadership Conference: Senators be at LS at 10:30am Rm. 115 (Dress Professional), Positions assigned, SENSOG form: got supplies, stuffed folders, Need description of presentations
Charities: November 13 should be left open for a possible date.

Old Business:

Safety Street- paint donated, Games/Activitiy ideas: Arts & Crafts, Face painting, Bean bag toss, Pin the tail on the Black Cat
Shared Gov. Meetings: Some coming up still working on it with Fr. Stockhausen
Grounds Petition: Make sure they will go Non-smoking, due next week, get as many responses as possible!
