Executive Board Reports:

  • President: Attended "Townhall meeting" wants senators to attend next time. Mandatory to join committee
  • Vice President of Programming: Dating Game was canceled
  • VP of Finance: Had Nov. SENSOG meeting (went well),organizations that got money were Gamma Phi Beta, Student Life, Missions & Value, and Phi Beta Sigma
  • Vice President of Public Relations: Sign-up for the committee of choice. PR meetings every other Wed. in QC at 9pm (Tomorrow)
  • Vice President of Mission and Values: Received money for the Nov. 13 event, Sign-up for M&V committee
    Secretary: Cross your name off in the office

College Representatives Reports: (Twice/month & 1 report for Newsletter/month)

  • Architecture:
  • Business: Working to increase student involvement in college…working with career center to organize events-career fair on Sat.
  • Liberal Arts:
  • Science: Want to have "game days" beginning next semester…Hosting a canned-food drive Nov. 8-22
  • Education:
  • Engineering: ESSC Blood drive is Nov. 9 in the F. L. 10:30-6pm

  • Student Activity Fee Committee: Meeting Wed. QC at 5:30,there will be an article in the VN on the topic
  • Office Renovation Committee: The Painting today,searching for furniture
  • Campus Safety: Received letters of complaints from Glen. Meeting with Public Safety soon

Old Business:

  • Grounds Petition: Turn in yours. Meeting with Stud. Life soon. Shared Gov. meetings are finished, but exchanging contact info with consulting company that's working with UDM.T-Shirts coming soon.

New Business: Presidential council will be getting rolling by next semester

Announcements: VOTE Today!!...Senator Mucci is trying to host a Texas Hold 'em Fundraiser, but needs our help.
