Executive Board Reports:

• President: Office supplies coming in this week, Ask an E-board member with questions regarding S. A. F. / Surveys
  
• Vice President of Programming: "Notebook" Playing Wed. 2/9 9:30 pm in LS 113 Meet in Sen. Office at 8:30 to help set-up, Will promote movie at TDR this week. House Meeting 2/16 @ 9:30 in upstairs of SU (203) discussing Homecoming Human JukeBox and Team 2-5 Speaker are some events to come.
  
• VP of Finance: SenSOG Report. Make sure part-time and commuter students are getting surveys too.
  
• Vice President of P. R.: Newsletter went out and will also be passed out at TDR this week. Incentives go to Zev, Michelle and Zack, Ad and article in VN.
  
• Vice President of Mission and Values: Epilepsy Charity Dinner M-T Feb. 7-8 M 5:30-6pm and T 6-10pm are the times.
  
• Secretary: Contact sheets passed out today and new Office Hr. sheet will be posted this week.
  

College Representatives Reports:

• Education:
  
• Liberal Arts: Speaking with Dean on ideas to get name out there, Will pass out surveys in "a la carte" area.
  
• Engineering:
  
• Nursing:
  
• Business: Marketing group is forming, speaking with reps to get ideas across to admin.
  
• Biology: Looking at the possibility of getting a hypnotist on campus next semester. Game Day Event on Feb. 11th.
  
• Architecture: Copy machine has been approved, CPU lab prob. being fixed.
  
• Minority: 2/11 6pm Ballroom there will be discussion regarding the "Black Family"

Special Guest: PromoCard Spkr. Feb.15 and Debbie Gonzalez sometime in February

Committee Reports:

• S. A. F.: Will begin tallying surveys at committee meeting
  
• Office Committee: All items purchased, except couch
  
• President Council: Will be held end of Feb. in ballroom.
  
• Campus Safety Committee: Working on getting Pub. Safety to a meeting, Speak to Physical Plant about fixing fences and gates.
  
• PromoCards Committee: 40 addresses and ph. #'s to date.
  

New Business: Retreat this Sun. 11am in C&F, Rally committee formed.

Old Business: T-Shirts will be ordered this week
