  • Justification for Exceptions to Any Budget guidelines stated in funding procedures (timelines, eligibility, etc.)
  • Detailed Information about your organization.

I have read and understand the funding policies and procedures (available by request at Student Life Office) that the University of Detroit Mercy follows. I am also aware of how the process works and all the relevant deadlines. I will be present at the applicable meetings to present and submit this proposal to the appropriate committee.

Please return this form and all of its required components to the Student Life Office (basement of the Student Center) no later than the 5 pm on the due date. Please check the Senate Finance Page for the due date and the date, time and location of the the S.E.N.S.O.G. voting meeting for this proposal period. The finance committee operates under the university calendar and observes all breaks. The finance committee is in recess during all university breaks, and during the summer. The request will be reviewed by the Executive Committee at their discretion.
